PAYMENT OPTIONS

At Gordin Chiropractic, we understand that insurance may not cover all of your visits, so we make sure to offer affordable healthcare with various options!

Care Credit:

• Our most popular patient option! Care Credit is a budget-friendly way to finance your program with fantastic monthly payments rather than by the visit. You can expect to visit more frequently at the start of your program, but can split up the total visit costs throughout each month. Click here to learn more!

General Insurance:

• If you’re looking to utilize what your insurance company offers (usually only a few visits, but there’s always the possibility of more), download this insurance verification form and call the company for answers! Download Here.

Medicare + Supplemental:

• For those over the age of 65, we offer a senior discount and bill Medicare so you can get the care you need now and a check from your Medicare later

Cash/Card/Check:

• If you want to pay per visit (maybe you are just visiting for a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly tune up) we have multiple options for you!
